    　　福建宁德是我国大黄鱼的主产区，全国80%的大黄鱼都来自这里。随着新年的临近，大黄鱼也迎来了销售旺季。今年以来，福建宁德持续创新养殖模式，不仅把大黄鱼的家从近海搬到了深远海，还让它们住进了“健身房”。 　　在三都澳白基湾海域，碧波粼粼的海面上，坐落着2个巨大的环形围网，它们周长约560米，深15米到20米，这就是今年刚刚投用的大黄鱼野驯基地。 　　据工作人员介绍，不同于传统的静水养殖，野驯基地借助声呐驱动设备，利用大黄鱼耳石感知声波的特性，引导鱼群每日游动，而且围网没有兜底，底部就是海床，鱼群可以自由捕食鱼虾等天然饵料。 　　三都澳大黄鱼野驯基地负责人 张祖椳：这个围网，其实就是模拟野生环境来养大黄鱼，因为运动量够大，养殖密度够低，所以大黄鱼条形修长、金黄健壮，营养价值更高。 　　基地的负责人表示，他们还通过数字化监测中心，来实时监测养殖基地的水温水质，以及鱼群的健康情况，还建立了产品溯源体系，为每一批大黄鱼都贴上专属“身份标签”，来记录养殖周期、生长环境等关键信息。 　　在过去，宁德的大黄鱼大部分都在湾内近海养殖，这几年来，当地将养殖网箱转移至湾外外海，推动大黄鱼养殖向生态化、智能化、规范化转型。 　　大黄鱼产销两旺 　　产业升级游出新赛道 　　除了养殖技术的升级，大黄鱼提质增收的背后，还离不开精深加工技术的优化和设备的改造创新。这几年来，当地通过科技赋能，让大黄鱼的加工和冷链运输环节有了新突破，助力产业升级。 　　随着夜幕降临，三都澳白基湾海域的渔排上灯火通明，渔民们提前拉好了渔网，将鱼群聚集，一条条大黄鱼色泽金黄、活蹦乱跳。大家分工有序，将大黄鱼捞出，称重分拣后，装入放有碎冰的保鲜箱。 　　 　　据统计，今年宁德大黄鱼的出口值从去年的11.3亿元，增长到今年的12.5亿元，60多个国家和地区都能买到宁德大黄鱼。 　　大黄鱼生产加工企业副总经理 陈先木：我们的智能冷库一共有13层，高38米，库内容量达到1.5万吨。它能够全天24小时不间断装卸货物，自动进行货物的智能存取、搬运、分拣，同时，通过扫码出入库，系统还能精确对大批量的货物进行统计和信息化管理。 　　据了解，今年宁德大黄鱼的产量超过23万吨，同比增长7%。目前，当地已培育形成从大黄鱼育苗、养殖，到精深加工、冷链物流的全产业链条，总产值突破200亿元。 　　来源：央视新闻客户端 【编辑:李岩】|dfg|
