    食物过敏检测阳性=必须忌口？医生：不一定

    　　央广网北京12月26日消息(记者 郑洁怡 实习记者 张萌)拿到食物过敏检测报告，看到一堆“阳性”结果，你是不是瞬间慌了？难道以后这些食物都要彻底“拉黑”？对此，浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院综合ICU主任叶盛近日做客央广网《中华名医号》栏目，给出了专业解答。 　　“测出来食物过敏，到底用不用忌口？”这绝对是大家拿到报告后最纠结的问题，叶盛的答案很明确：不一定！关键就看你吃了之后有没有“反应”。 　　“只有一种情况必须忌口，就是吃了之后立马出问题的！”叶盛解释，这种属于速发型过敏，也就是IgE介导的过敏，典型表现就是吃了半小时内就“翻车”：嘴巴肿成猪八戒、脸肿得像发面馒头、全身冒红疹，而且每次吃都这样，屡试不爽。这种明确的“致敏食物”，必须果断拉黑。他还举了身边的例子：有的朋友一碰坚果就过敏，自己妈妈一吃海鲜就难受，这类食物要坚决忌口。 　　叶盛也特别提醒，别光看化验单就忌口。“如果平时吃这类食物一点事没有，或者医生诊断后说和过敏没关系，哪怕化验单显示阳性，也不用太紧张。”他举了个很常见的情况：比如有些人数值检测显示对牛肉过敏，但从小吃到大从未出现过不适，这类食物就可以正常食用，完全不用为了一张单子，平白少了一种营养来源。 　　叶盛强调，判断自己是否对某种食物过敏，不能只看化验单，还要结合实际吃后的反应。拿到报告别自己瞎琢磨，赶紧问专业医生，既不用盲目忌口亏了营养，也能精准规避真正的过敏风险。 【编辑:王琴】|dfg|
