    　　中新社北京12月30日电 (记者 曾玥)中国国家国际发展合作署新闻发言人李明30日在国合署第四季度例行记者会上表示，2025年中方向遭受自然灾害的20多国提供紧急援助，多渠道向巴勒斯坦加沙地带提供紧急人道主义物资，赢得受援国人民及国际社会高度评价。 　　李明指出，面对全球此起彼伏的人道主义灾难，中方始终秉持国际主义和人道主义精神，根据受援方迫切需要，通过多种方式向身处困境的国家和民众及时提供援助，为缓解世界人道主义危机作出重要贡献。 　　李明介绍，2025年中方向遭受地震、洪灾、飓风等自然灾害的缅甸、阿富汗、巴基斯坦、瓦努阿图、牙买加等20多国提供紧急援助，多渠道向巴勒斯坦加沙地带提供紧急人道主义物资，赢得受援国人民及国际社会高度评价。 　　李明举例说，缅甸3·28地震发生后，中方是第一个宣布向缅提供援助、第一个派出救援队、第一个救出地震幸存者、第一个在震区搭建安置中心，同时也是派出救援队伍和人数最多的国家，为缅抗震救灾、挽救生命及灾后安置发挥了重要作用。 　　李明还介绍，10月，索马里全境遭遇数十年以来最严重旱灾，不少地区已因旱灾宣布进入紧急状态。应索联邦政府请求，中方向索方提供紧急人道主义援助，用于支持索抗旱救灾。 　　李明说，11月，古巴和牙买加遭受飓风灾害，中方向两国提供了紧急人道主义援助，目前正抓紧实施。中方还向牙买加派遣医疗专家组，深入灾区一线开展诊疗服务，受到当地民众的热烈欢迎和衷心感谢。 　　李明表示，12月，面对斯里兰卡突发洪水和山体滑坡灾害，中国政府及时伸出援手，向斯方提供紧急人道主义援助，并于12月上旬全部交付斯方，为支持当地抗洪救灾发挥积极作用。(完) 【编辑:李岩】|dfg|
