    甘肃教育资源告别“一枝独秀”迈向“多点开花”

    　　中新网兰州12月29日电 (戴文昌 刘玉桃)2025年，甘肃省委、省政府持续将县中振兴纳入10件为民实事，“强县中”项目支持20个县(市、区)各1所普通高中提质升级，实现优质教育资源从“一枝独秀”到“多点开花”的历史性转变。 2025年8月13日，学生在兰州市第三中学科技活动教室里操作机器人模型。戴文昌 摄 　　29日，2025年甘肃省委、省政府10件为民实事完成情况新闻发布会在兰州举行。据介绍，今年，该省通过实施“强县中”项目，20所县中整体办学能力和水平得到显著提升，有力带动了县域基础教育高质量发展。 　　甘肃省教育厅副厅长邓伟说，今年，甘肃为“强县中”项目构建了“省级统筹、市级指导、县级主体实施”的工作机制，围绕改善办学条件、建强师资队伍等7大核心指标，实行“一县一案”“一校一策”精准推进。 　　一系列举措的落地，首先让县中办学条件得到根本性改善。在硬件提升方面，甘肃统筹中央和省级资金4亿元，为20所县中新建、改扩建校舍27万平方米及运动场6.9万平方米，同时配备教学和信息化设备2.3万台，购置图书3万余册，新增学位5000个，为县中振兴筑牢了硬件根基。 图为甘肃省第一届青少年三大球运动会男子篮球比赛现场。　戴文昌 摄 　　硬件升级的同时，师资队伍建设同步发力，成为提升办学质量的关键支撑。该省通过补教师、强培训等举措，20所县中新增教师140余名，培训骨干教师3881人次，培育省、市级骨干、名师等176人，还建工作室40个，有效激发教师队伍内生动力。 　　师资与硬件的双重提升，最终转化为教学质量的显著飞跃。邓伟说，甘肃通过严格执行属地招生政策，历史性扭转了“掐尖招生”现象和县中生源流失局面。 　　2025年，20所县中高考本科平均上线率达85.84%，较2023年增长11.42个百分点。其中，该省高考物理类、历史类前百名中，县中学生占比44.5%，分布在40个县，较上年增加23个县，“多点开花”发展格局已然形成。 　　值得关注的是，教研支撑与数字赋能也为县中提质增效提供了有力保障。邓伟说，甘肃通过实施基础教育教研改革“六大行动”，构建起四级教研体系，20所项目学校开展集体备课、教科研活动8600人次，教研支撑县中教学提质作用愈发凸显。 　　邓伟说，今年，甘肃省还大力推进智慧教育，建成数字化功能室180间，多所学校探索AI赋能教学新模式，让县域高中教育搭上了高质量发展的“智慧快车”。(完) 【编辑:李润泽】|dfg|
