    　　中新网北京12月28日电 题：专访毛爱珍：用奔跑守护心灵，用行动照亮彼此 　　作者 马广志 张素 　　“一个草根公益组织，凭什么发起‘百城万人’的活动？凭什么说跑步能防治抑郁？” 　　这是2021年发起“百城万人健心跑”时，摆在北京尚善公益基金会创始人毛爱珍面前的质疑与挑战。 　　今年12月27日，这项活动举行五周年庆典。五年间，“健心跑”已覆盖全国346个城市，吸引超过38万人次参与，从一个草根公益项目逐步演进为连接政府、学界、企业及公众的“体卫融合”载体。 　　在毛爱珍看来，“健心跑”不是为了跑步而跑步，而是经过多年探索后找到的一把“破圈”钥匙。 12月27日，“百城万人健心跑”五周年公益庆典在北京举行。图为北京尚善公益基金会创始人毛爱珍。受访者供图 　　将失独悲痛沉淀为公共使命 　　毛爱珍身形清瘦，目光温和而坚定。走过十余年公益路的她，被很多人亲切地称为“毛阿姨”。 　　2011年，毛爱珍的儿子、青年演员尚于博因抑郁症离世。此后，这位失独母亲将巨大的个人悲痛沉淀为一项公共使命，创办了专注于抑郁症防治的公益基金会。 　　“我们尝试了许多方式，比如进高校科普、支持互助组织、设立传播奖。”毛爱珍说，但始终没有“破圈”，影响力有限。 　　转变发生在2019年底。一个抑郁症康复跑团邀请“毛阿姨”参加他们在奥森公园的例行跑步。“虽然第一次跑3公里都很吃力，但我坚持了下来。”毛爱珍说，自己在此过程中亲身体验到运动带来的身心变化。 　　以纪录片《我们如何对抗抑郁》首播为契机，毛爱珍想到“用跑步做一场活动”。 　　“我们希望它区别于竞技马拉松，紧扣‘心理健康’。”毛爱珍解释“健心”二字时说，“健”指身体强健，“心”指心理健康，合起来就是核心目标，“通过科学的慢跑或快走，促进身心健康，这是一种人人可参与、主动健康的生活方式。” 　　“不是一个人在跑” 　　“说实话，第一届的时候，我心里完全没底。”如今回看“健心跑”发展历程，毛爱珍坦言。 　　五年间，这项活动得到中国心理卫生协会、国家心理健康和精神卫生防治中心、中国田径协会等方面的支持指导，越来越多专家学者、社会组织也积极响应参与。 　　从2021年提出“心理健康二万五千里”，1.3万人参与、累计奔跑138万公里，“相当于110个‘心理长征’”，到通过“10场云联播”实现线上连接；从尝试“长江九城”同日联动，举办专题研讨会引入学术支撑，到设置“城市级”与“响应级”活动，实现常态化、规模化运行…… 　　截至目前，“健心跑”已覆盖全国33个省份的346个城市，涵盖1754个县级行政区；累计组建超1200个“健心跑团”，覆盖超370个校园团队；累计参与者超38万人次，捐步总量超1000万公里。 　　“我们不是一个人在跑，是汇聚了时代的需求和社会的共识在向前奔跑。”毛爱珍说，“健心跑”更像是一个“连接器”，将各方的共识、资源与公众的需求连接起来。 　　让公益行动融入大众日常 　　与各项数据增长相比，更令毛爱珍感到振奋的是社会观念的潜移默化。“五年前，我们说要‘跑步防治抑郁’，很多人将信将疑。现在，越来越多的人主动把健身健心融入日常生活。” 　　回首五年间，有太多让“毛阿姨”难忘的人和事：比如，在小程序上坚持打卡1300多天的跑友，从抑郁中走出、在奔跑中找回阳光的“郁友”，无偿担任旗手、宣传大使的世界冠军，还有花甲之年的骨干志愿者…… 　　“每一个改变的生命，都是我们继续奔跑的动力。让公益行动最终融入大众的日常，才是最大的成功。”毛爱珍谈起未来愿景时说，希望“健心跑”能够成为“在运动与心理健康交叉领域的持续探索者”，成为“预防为主、主动健康”生活风尚的积极引领者。 　　“期待继续一路同行，用奔跑守护心灵，共同奔向一个更健康、更具韧性的未来。”她说。(完) 【编辑:付子豪】|dfg|
