    　　新华社北京1月4日电(记者李恒、彭韵佳)国家卫生健康委、工业和信息化部等部门4日公布，第四批鼓励仿制药品目录收录21个品种、47个品规，收录药品涉及抗肿瘤、神经系统、辅助生殖、放射性诊断等领域用药。 　　据介绍，第四批目录继续以患者治疗需求为导向。针对我国企业研发薄弱环节，优先收录新靶点、新作用机制产品。如缓解血液透析患者慢性肾病相关中重度瘙痒的地非法林；4个境内未上市放射性药品，涵盖治疗、诊断和定位用药。 　　同时，在考虑有效性基础上，优先收录境外已进入一线指南推荐的产品。如治疗失眠的苏沃雷生，主要解决入睡难、睡不长问题，也减少白天嗜睡和疲劳的不良反应，可以弥补我国已上市药品不足，为临床提供更多选择。 　　围绕促进生育政策，优先选择不良反应低的迭代产品。如用于辅助生殖的黄体酮阴道缓释凝胶剂和栓剂，可以缓解其油溶性注射液在辅助生殖体外受精—胚胎移植技术支持过程中，因长期大剂量注射带来的注射部位红肿、硬结、疼痛和脂膜炎等不良反应。 　　目录在考虑用药可及性的同时，优先选择国内已有临床实践的产品，如治疗罕见病杜氏肌营养不良的地夫可特。 　　为保障鼓励仿制药品目录顺利实施，国家卫生健康委联合相关部门建立沟通会商机制，按职责推进鼓励仿制药品研发、注册、生产、使用、报销等配套政策衔接协同，促进合理使用，保障药品供应。 　　来源：新华网 【编辑:刘湃】|dfg|
