    　　中新网北京12月26日电(记者 张蔚然 李京泽)中国外交部发言人林剑26日主持例行记者会。 外交部发言人林剑。摄影：薛伟 　　据报道，12月26日，日本内阁批准了2026财年防卫预算计划，金额超过9万亿日元(约合580亿美元)。如明年初日本国会通过该计划，日本防卫预算将再次创下新高。有记者就此问中方对此有何评论。 　　林剑：我们注意到有关报道。近期，国际社会对日本的军事安全动向批评声音不断，日方不但没有反省收敛，反而计划再次大幅增加防卫预算，更加暴露出日本右翼势力推动日本“再军事化”、企图让军国主义死灰复燃的险恶用心。 　　由于日本军国主义罄竹难书的侵略罪行，日本的军事安全动向一直备受亚洲邻国和国际社会关注。日本新政府执政以来，明显加快了强军扩武的步伐，从高市首相发表涉台错误言论、对中国发出武力威胁，到日本首相官邸高官发表拥核言论，再到推进修改“安保三文件”、放风修改“无核三原则”，日本正在悖离一贯标榜的走和平发展道路，在危险的方向上越走越远。 　　近年来，日方自我松绑集体自卫权，发展所谓“对敌基地攻击能力”，强化“延伸威慑”合作，将沿海岛屿打造为“前沿阵地”，明显超出“专守防卫”的范畴。所谓“防御”“反击”成为日本右翼势力煽动民意、欺骗舆论、突破战后国际秩序和日本宪法规定的借口。这些动向已经引起国际社会的高度警惕。 　　日本人民也是军国主义的受害者。我注意到有日本的有识之士指出，增加防卫费并不能带来和平稳定。近期在日本国内多地市民集会，强烈抗议日本政府的军备扩张路线。还有学者指出，增加防卫开支对日本经济是极其沉重的负担，最终将由日本普通民众承担。 　　中方将同所有爱好和平的国家一道，坚决遏制任何复活军国主义和形塑“新型军国主义”的危险行径，共同维护二战胜利成果。(完) 【编辑:李润泽】|dfg|
