    广州海关在进境寄递渠道查获23件濒危动物制品

    　　中新网12月26日电，据“海关发布”微信公众号消息，近日，广州海关在进境寄递渠道查获23件濒危动物制品，包括11件象牙制品和12件玳瑁制品，总重112克。 　　广州海关所属广州邮局海关关员在对一批进境邮件进行监管时，连续发现8件申报均为“铜制装饰品”的进境邮件机检图像异常。经开箱查验，现场关员发现该批邮件内有数十件手串、项链、戒指等饰品。其中，部分饰品呈淡黄色，表面带有象牙特有的“利兹纹”，疑似象牙制品；另有部分饰品内部有黄褐斑纹，疑似玳瑁制品。 　　经送技术机构鉴定，确认共有23件饰品为濒危动物制品，总重112克。其中，11件为象科现代象的象牙制品，12件为海龟科玳瑁背甲壳制品。 　　现代象和玳瑁均属于《濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》(CITES)附录中的列明保护物种。 　　海关提醒：根据《濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》及《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》等规定，除合法持有《允许进出口证明书》等材料并按规定办理海关手续外，禁止贸易、携带、邮寄濒危物种及制品进出境，情节严重构成犯罪的将依法追究刑事责任。 【编辑:田博群】|dfg|
