    南铁迎元旦假期返程客流高峰 加开274趟旅客列车保障出行

    　　中新网南昌1月3日电 (刘力鑫 付森 贾瑞琛)3日，记者从中国铁路南昌局集团有限公司(以下简称“南铁”)获悉，元旦假期最后一天，南铁管内迎来返程客流高峰，预计发送旅客130万人次，加开旅客列车274趟。江西、福建两省前往广东、上海、江苏、浙江等方向中长途客流，以及南昌、福州、厦门往返周边城市的短途客流相对集中。 图为1月3日，江西南昌站，旅客从站台上走过。刘力鑫 摄 　　2025年12月31日至2026年1月2日，南铁累计发送旅客323.7万人次，江西、福建两省分别累计发送旅客155.6万、168.1万人次，较2024年同期分别增长14.8%、15.6%。 　　为保障旅客返程出行需求，南铁科学调配运力，在热门方向、区间和时段增加运力投放，加开旅客列车274趟，其中动车组列车240趟，普速列车34趟。为满足旅客夜间跨省返程需求，南铁加开前往广州、杭州、上海等地的夜间高铁15列，南昌、福州、厦门等地车站设立夜间高铁专属候车区，加强人工引导与温馨提醒。 　　南铁管内各车站主动与地方交通部门联动，着力打通旅客出行的“最后一公里”。南昌、福州、厦门等地车站加强与公交地铁等公共交通部门联动，通过调整公交地铁开行频次、优化出租车及网约车接驳区域管理等措施，实现公共交通与铁路列车时刻表的紧密衔接。各站还设置清晰醒目的换乘指引标识，安排志愿者提供咨询服务，为旅客打造“无缝衔接”出行体验。 图为1月3日，江西南昌站，旅客从站台上走过。刘力鑫 摄 　　信丰西站推出脐橙造型的便民服务卡，卡片上用较大字体印有车次、检票口、开车时间等关键信息，方便老年旅客等群体随身携带、随时查阅。南昌客运段在南昌西至北京西的G892次列车上试点推出“儿童静音包”服务，为携带儿童出行的家庭，免费提供绘本、画笔及各类玩具的借用服务。 　　铁路部门提示，铁路12306网站(含手机客户端)是中国铁路唯一官方火车票网络售票渠道，致力于为旅客提供公平公正、安全便捷的购票出行服务，从未与任何第三方平台机构开展合作，请广大旅客朋友一定要通过官方渠道购票。假日期间，铁路旅客集中出行，客流量大，请旅客朋友合理安排行程，预留充足时间进站候车，严格按规定携带随身物品，按照票面始发、终到站有序乘车。(完) 【编辑:张令旗】|dfg|
