    中国本土创新重器助力乌鲁尉高速公路全线通车

    　　中新网北京12月27日电 (陶思阅)近日，由中交天和自主研制的全球首创新型压注工法硬岩掘进机“天山号”“胜利号”，携手世界首台高寒高海拔高地应力超大直径竖向硬岩掘进机“首创号”联合攻坚建设的世界最长高速公路隧道——乌鲁尉高速公路全线通车。今后，乌鲁木齐至库尔勒的车程将从此前的约7小时缩短至约3小时。 　　天山胜利隧道是“一带一路”重点工程乌尉高速公路的核心控制性工程，面临高地应力、高寒、高地震烈度、高海拔、多断裂带、特长等“四高一多一特”的艰苦建设环境，被业界喻为隧道工程的“珠穆朗玛峰”。采用传统矿山法掘进施工，预计耗时约12年；而常规敞开式TBM工法，在极端破碎、富水、软岩等复杂地层面前同样寸步难行。 　　面对毫无先例可循的世界级挑战，中交天和创新研制出全球首创新型压注工法硬岩掘进机——“天山号”和“胜利号”。这两台掘进机开挖直径均达8.43米、总重量均超2000吨，创新性融合敞开式TBM与压注式混凝土支护工法，能根据地质地层智能切换掘进模式：在围岩完整段高效敞开掘进，在破碎软弱段迅速转换为压注混凝土支护，在极险区段即刻启用钢管片紧急加固。 　　上述设计让TBM首次在复杂地质中安全、快速、连续掘进，“胜利号”创下单日最高掘进35米、单月最高掘进528米的高寒高海拔纪录，“天山号”成功穿越日涌水量超万立方米的F6巨型断层，并于2024年12月提前17个月实现天山胜利隧道主体贯通。 　　为给天山胜利隧道装上高效的“呼吸系统”，深达707米的2号通风竖井成为必须攻克的另一座“高峰”。 　　在海拔3660米、冬季气温低至零下40℃、岩石强度超200兆帕的极端环境下，传统的人工钻爆法不仅效率低下，还存在极高的安全和环保风险。 　　开挖直径达11.4米的竖向硬岩掘进机“首创号”，巧妙融合了TBM高效破岩技术与传统钻进工艺优势，在全球首次实现大直径硬岩竖井“一钻成井”和“掘进-排渣-支护”全过程智能化作业。针对天山高寒地带生态保护要求，“首创号”通过上提和下落—“泥浆+吊桶+下排渣”两种垂直排渣系统，精心守护天山生态。 　　“首创号”实现单月最高垂直掘进达104米，并于2025年6月底成功贯通竖井，一举创下竖井深度、直径、海拔三项世界纪录，标志着我国在深地空间开发装备研制和应用领域取得了里程碑突破。(完) 【编辑:刘欢】|dfg|
