    国家卫健委：全国4845所二、三级公立综合医院均能提供儿科服务

    　　国家卫生健康委今天(26日)举行新闻发布会，介绍为民服务实事项目有关情况。 　　国家卫生健康委医政司副司长李大川介绍，国家卫生健康委将“全国二、三级公立综合医院均提供儿科服务”纳入为民服务实事项目，进一步扩大儿科服务供给、增强儿科服务能力，提高儿科服务可及性，方便患儿就近就便就能获得儿科医疗服务。目前，全国4845所二、三级公立综合医院均能提供儿科服务。 　　一年来，国家卫生健康委指导各省积极开展为民服务实事项目。 　　规范设置儿科 　　各地按照《医疗机构管理条例》及其实施细则等有关规定，落实儿科规范设置要求，通过上级医院派驻、人才引进、设备配置、空间改造等措施，填补儿科服务缺口。 　　提升儿科服务能力 　　依托国家儿童医学中心和国家儿童区域医疗中心，构建全国儿科医疗协作体系，通过派驻专家、远程医疗、医联体合作等方式，提升儿科服务能力。同时，指导各地优化诊疗流程，推行分时段预约诊疗，在季节性疾病高发期开设夜间门诊、周末门诊，有效缩短患儿等候时间。 　　强化儿科支持保障 　　指导各地强化儿科人才保障，通过完善激励政策、加强人才培养等方式改善儿科医生短缺的问题。会同财政部安排儿科医师转岗培训项目补助资金，支持相关专业医师开展儿科医师转岗培训，扩充儿科医师队伍。北京市在儿科医师培养、职称晋升以及儿科医疗服务价格调整中均给予了倾斜性政策。通过开展为民服务实施项目，儿科医疗服务供给进一步扩大、就诊便利性进一步提高，今年冬季儿童季节性疾病高于去年，但患儿人均候诊时间缩短，未出现明显聚集和滞留，减少了院内交叉感染风险，就诊秩序总体平稳。 　　(总台央视记者 杨阳 史迎春) 【编辑:付子豪】|dfg|
