    中国首套真空式自动系泊系统在山东青岛投用

    　　中新网青岛1月1日电(张孝鹏)1日，在山东港口青岛港集团有限公司(简称“青岛港”)全自动化集装箱码头作业现场，真空式自动系泊系统自动完成长达366米的“地中海沙特阿拉伯”轮的识别、定位及吸附，不到30秒便将其固定于泊位，全程未需人工系固缆绳。本次作业的完成，标志着中国首套真空式自动系泊系统正式投用。 1月1日，中国首套真空式自动系泊系统在青岛投用。李明智 摄 　　据山东港口青岛港自动化码头工程技术部经理刘方超介绍，真空式自动系泊系统是青岛港“连钢创新团队”的重要突破性成果。该系统重构港口系解缆工艺流程，进一步分离作业人员与缆绳断裂危险区，将单船系泊的作业时间由20分钟至30分钟压缩至30秒内。 　　刘方超说，真空式自动系泊系统由13套系泊单元构成，构建“远程集控+移动终端+本地单机”三级协同管控架构，可匹配200米以上集装箱船舶自动系泊需求。正常情况下，13套系泊单元同时启动可产生2600千牛吸附力，能完成世界最大集装箱船舶的自动系泊。 　　据介绍，作为中国国内港口领域首创应用成果，真空式自动系泊系统基于多传感器融合感知与智能决策算法，深度融合液压驱动、高负压真空吸附与实时运动跟踪等技术，具备船舶靠岸快速系固能力，能实时捕捉风、浪、流等环境要素变化，构建全域环境监测体系，实现了船舶自动系泊真空吸附、智能主动稳泊控制两大技术首创。 　　青岛港是全球领先的综合性港口，落地了国家首批、港口领域唯一人工智能应用中试基地。该港的自动化码头是中国首个全国产全自主自动化码头、亚洲首个真正意义上的全自动化集装箱码头。未来，该港将继续以创新为引领深耕智慧绿色港口建设，推动更多前沿技术落地应用。(完) 【编辑:叶攀】|dfg|
