    　　中新社南宁1月2日电 (杨陈 祁彬)广西西江开发投资集团有限公司(下称“西江集团”)2日介绍，西江船闸联合调度2025年过货量累计达5.07亿吨，首次实现年过货量突破5亿吨。 　　西江航运干线“黄金水道”是中国西南水运出海大通道的重要组成部分。曾经，西江航运干线虽上连云贵高原、横贯两广、下通港澳码头，却因船闸分属不同业主、调度各自为政、信息互不联通，导致船舶在梯级间长时间待闸，“肠梗阻”问题长期制约通航效率。 图为2025年繁忙的长洲水利枢纽船闸。　(西江集团供图) 　　为破解这一瓶颈，西江集团创新管理模式，实现统一调度、统一管理、统一信息共享，将分散的船闸拧成“一股绳”。自2017年底实施联合调度以来，西江流域船闸通航效能持续跃升。 　　“十四五”期间，联合调度的“朋友圈”增加至13个梯级20座船闸，调度船闸过货量占广西内河船闸过货总量的99%。每天约60万吨货物经长洲船闸流转，碎石、水泥等大宗建材源源不断运往粤港澳大湾区，有力保障区域建设需求；“梧州赤水港—香港”等外贸航线的开通，更推动西江货物直通海外市场。 　　得益于水路运输成本优势，仅长洲船闸每年就为社会节省物流成本16.87亿元人民币。这一成效背后，是技术创新与管理优化的双重赋能：“西江通”手机App依托北斗导航系统，实现船舶报到、缴费等全流程线上办理，支持“一次报闸、全线通过”；长洲船闸船舶过闸积分管理办法，有效规范航行秩序、提升过闸效率。如今，单闸次过闸效率提升25%，最快仅需75分钟。 　　未来，随着人工智能赋能新场景应用，以及机制优化与技术创新的持续深化，这条连接中国西南与粤港澳的“水上大动脉”，将持续释放通航效能，为区域经济协同发展注入新活力。(完) 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
