    海南水生态环境质量：“只能变好，不能变坏”

    　　中新网海口12月30日电(记者 符宇群)“六水共治”攻坚战是海南“十四五”期间一项标志性的系统工程。海南省治水办副主任、海南省水务厅副厅长李冬剑30日在海南省新闻办公室举办的新闻发布会上介绍，自2022年“六水共治”攻坚战启动以来，海南实现了水生态环境质量“只能变好，不能变坏”的工作目标。 　　李冬剑介绍，“六水共治”攻坚战启动以来，海南河湖水质持续稳定向好。2025年1—11月，珠溪河、宝陵河、佛罗溪等重点水体水质均值已消劣达标；全省104个城镇内河(湖)水体断面水质达标率为100%，较“六水共治”之初提升5.8%；全省193个省控地表水断面水质优良率达96.9%，较2021年提升4.7%。 　　同时，生活污水处理效能显著提升。在城镇，海南开展排水系统“源、网、厂、河”全要素排查，上下联动推进设施建设和效能提升，“十四五”期间累计新建和改造的城镇生活污水管网超2000公里，建制镇生活污水处理设施覆盖率达到100%。农村生活污水治理率达90.5%，较“六水共治”之初提升60.7个百分点。 　　李冬剑表示，海南幸福河湖建设初见成效。目前，海南省共建成209处省级幸福河湖，海口市美舍河获评全国“最美家乡河”，三亚市三亚河入围2025年全国幸福河湖优秀案例公示名单，五源河、文澜江、三亚河、赤田水库入选全国美丽河湖优秀案例，以河湖为轴线的高质量发展空间逐渐显现。今年编制的《海南省幸福河湖实施方案(2025—2030年)》，以海南3大骨干水系、21条母亲河为脉络，明确了未来5年全省幸福河湖建设的主要目标和建设任务，旨在以更高品质的河湖生态环境支撑流域经济社会高质量发展。 　　李冬剑表示，下一步，海南将持续完善省级统筹、市县落实、部门联动、区域协同的治水工作体制机制，集中力量冲刺“六水共治”第三阶段目标，为海南自贸港建设提供坚实可靠的水安全保障。(完) 【编辑:李润泽】|dfg|
