    黄河古贤水利枢纽工程导流洞贯通

    　　新华社太原12月28日电(记者柴婷、徐伟)12月28日，黄河古贤水利枢纽工程导流洞顺利贯通，标志着工程取得首个阶段性重大进展，为主体工程全面展开和后续河道截流创造了先决条件。 　　古贤水利枢纽工程是黄河水沙调控体系的关键性工程，建成后将形成42.8亿立方米的调节库容，年均发电量可达28.7亿千瓦时，同时为晋陕两省提供146万亩农田灌溉用水。工程通过科学调度黄河水沙关系，将有效缓解下游“地上悬河”风险，显著提升防洪减灾能力，对保障黄河长治久安、促进流域高质量发展具有战略意义。 　　据了解，导流洞是古贤水利枢纽工程建设的“咽喉要道”，是在主坝修建期为奔腾的黄河水开辟的一条“临时通道”，其断面足以容纳四层楼高的空间，具有洞径高、跨度大、相隔较近的特点，开挖地质条件复杂、难度高。 　　项目总工程师陆学华说，自去年11月开工建设以来，面对地质条件复杂、交叉作业频繁、材料运输受阻、冬季低温施工等多重挑战，施工工队迎难而上、合力攻坚，实现导流洞工程全线贯通重大建设节点目标。与此同时，导流洞进口高达130米的边坡明挖也已完成。 　　山西省水利厅相关负责人表示，古贤水利枢纽工程是黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展国家战略确立的重大工程项目，是新时代保护治理黄河、保障黄河长久安澜的标志性重大工程。建成后将承担防洪减淤、水资源调蓄、供水、灌溉、发电等重要功能，并为下游补水和增加河道外用水创造条件，对健全黄河水沙调控体系、保障黄河长治久安具有重大而深远的意义。(完) 【编辑:曹子健】
