    　　近日，国务院学位委员会印发了《“博士+硕士”双学位项目试点设置管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)。什么是“博士+硕士”双学位项目？将如何进行试点设置呢？一起来看。 　　“博士+硕士”双学位项目由试点高校自主设置，围绕科技发展、产业变革、自主知识体系构建等重大需求，依托具有显著优势的学科专业和学科交叉平台，组织多学科交叉融合、协同育人，支持项目学生在攻读博士学位期间同时攻读另一个学科专业的硕士学位，培养高层次复合型人才。 　　“博士+硕士”双学位项目试点 　　坚持“少而精” 　　《办法》指出，“博士+硕士”双学位项目试点设置工作坚持“少而精”。 　　一是试点高校由国务院学位委员会办公室根据学科交叉平台建设情况、人才培养质量等因素在博士学位授予资格自主审核单位范围内遴选确定。 　　二是有关高校依托学科交叉平台、跨学科创新研究团队、科研项目等情况有组织地论证并试点设置少量项目。 　　三是项目的培养对象应是少数有能力在完成博士学业同时可以攻读相关硕士学位的博士研究生，项目学生应分别达到学位授予单位对于两个学位的要求，方可申请相应学位。 　　设置合理的分流或退出机制 　　项目由试点高校严格按照有关要求，以备案制方式进行设置。 　　试点高校设置项目的两个学科专业原则上均应具有博士学位授予资格。 　　博士学位相关学科专业建设水平和人才培养质量应居于国内前列。 　　要严格论证制订项目设置方案、实施方案和人才培养方案，组织专家评议并在指定信息平台公示，完成备案后方可实施。 　　项目应注重对学生跨学科视野和能力的培养，并设置合理的分流或退出机制。 　　面向在校博士研究生开展二次遴选 　　此外，《办法》还强调，探索开展“博士+硕士”双学位项目，要严把质量关。 　　项目主要面向在校博士研究生开展二次遴选，项目学生须以不同的学位论文或实践成果申请博士、硕士学位，并分别达到两个学位的要求。 　　项目学生在获得博士学位同时或之后，方可获得硕士学位。 　　同时，国务院学位委员会办公室对培养过程和学位授予质量开展动态监测，对出现培养质量问题的试点高校进行约谈、限期整改等，项目实施、人才培养出现严重问题的，经国务院学位委员会批准后撤销相应学位授予点。 　　(总台央视记者 潘虹旭 吴汶倩) 【编辑:李润泽】|dfg|
