    商标业务“一站式”服务落地银川 打通知识产权服务“最后一公里”

    　　中新网银川1月3日电 (记者 李佩珊)记者3日从宁夏银川市获悉，国家知识产权局商标业务银川受理窗口目前已正式进驻银川市民大厅，为企业提供商标注册、变更、转让、续展及咨询等“一站式”服务。这不仅终结了当地企业办理商标业务“舍近求远”的困境，更标志着银川知识产权公共服务体系建设迈出关键一步。 　　数据显示，2024年银川市商标申请量达10453件，注册量6744件，有效注册商标总量已突破6.8万件。从特色农产品到工业制造、现代服务业，银川企业的品牌意识持续提升。但此前因缺乏直接授权受理窗口，企业办理商标业务需线上摸索或委托外地代理，存在“时间成本高、经济负担重、办事效率低”等问题，制约了品牌竞争力提升。 　　如今，该窗口落地让企业实现“就近办、便捷办、专业办”。在办事效率上，窗口实现业务联动并压缩审批时限，企业“进一扇门、办所有事”，彻底解决往返奔波难题；在专业服务上，依托国家知识产权局授权资质，窗口可提供权威政策解读与维权协助；在产业赋能上，窗口还联动相关机构，精准助力贺兰山东麓葡萄酒等区域公用品牌提升辨识度与影响力。 　　目前，银川市市场监管局(知识产权局)已安排专业人员进驻窗口，将商标咨询、申请准备等环节嵌入企业开办流程，实现商标业务与市场主体登记注册的无缝衔接。未来，窗口将强化人员培训与跨区域协同，与石嘴山、阿拉善盟等毗邻地区建立联络机制，为当地企业来银办理商标业务提供预约、引导等便利服务。针对特色产业，窗口每年将遴选5家特色产业企业，提供从商标注册、地理标志用标到品牌推广、侵权监测的“一揽子”支持服务，全力打造优化营商环境的“金牌窗口”。(完) 【编辑:王琴】|dfg|
