    入侵网站盗数据、跨境牟利数十万元！两人被刑拘

    　　近日，云南公安机关网安部门协同作战，成功斩断一条利用黑客技术窃取公民个人信息的黑色产业链，抓获犯罪嫌疑人2名，现场查获涉案设备多台，涉案金额数十万元，有力震慑了网络违法犯罪活动。 　　2025年10月，昆明市公安局西山分局网安大队接到辖区某企业报案，称其核心业务系统遭遇非法入侵。接报后，云南省公安厅网安总队迅速启动三级联动机制，组建工作专班，对入侵痕迹展开全面溯源调查工作，最终锁定在重庆市活动的李某平、杨某福二人具有重大作案嫌疑。 　　12月4日下午，由云南省公安厅网安总队、昆明支队、西山分局民警组成的抓捕小组，在重庆一出租屋内将正在作案的李某平、杨某福抓获。现场查获作案用的电脑2台、手机3部，以及窃取的数据。 　　经查，李某平、杨某福二人利用计算机技术非法入侵多家公司信息系统窃取数据，贩卖给境外犯罪组织开展违法犯罪活动，非法获利数十万元。目前，两人已被依法刑事拘留。 　　本案中，两名犯罪嫌疑人借助黑客技术，非法侵入多家企业系统并窃取大量公民个人信息，严重侵害了公民合法权益，扰乱了网络信息安全秩序。依据《中华人民共和国网络安全法》和《中华人民共和国刑法》的相关规定，其行为已涉嫌非法侵入计算机信息系统罪、非法获取计算机信息系统数据罪与侵犯公民个人信息罪。 　　网警提示 　　网络并非法外之地，任何违反网络安全法律法规之举，都将受到法律的严厉惩处。广大企业和个人需增强网络安全防护意识，定期排查系统漏洞，及时更新防护举措，共同营造健康有序的网络环境。 　　(总台央视记者 张岗) 【编辑:惠小东】|dfg|
