    2025年北京机动车结构达到全国最优

    　　中新网北京1月4日电(记者 袁秀月)1月4日，记者从“十四五”时期北京市空气质量状况新闻发布会上获悉，2025年，北京市细颗粒物PM2.5年均浓度首次实现“破30”，为27.0微克/立方米；空气质量优良天比率首次超八成，达到85.2%；多项指标创有监测以来最优水平，空气质量实现全面达标。 发布会现场。袁秀月 摄 　　2025年PM2.5年均浓度首次“破30” 　　发布会上，北京市生态环境局党组成员、副局长、新闻发言人刘保献介绍，2025年，北京市PM2.5年均浓度为27.0微克/立方米，同比下降11.5%，为有监测以来首次低于“30微克”，北京市大气污染防治取得里程碑式突破。 　　在北京，蓝天成为常态。2025年，北京市PM2.5优良天数达348天，较2013年增加了144天，多了近5个月，PM2.5优良天比率从2013年的55.9%提高到2025年的95.3%。尤其是2025年3月至10月，PM2.5连续227天保持优良水平，远超2013年的13天。 　　刘保献表示，北京市开展大气污染防治以来，PM2.5保持长期改善趋势，从2013年的89.5微克/立方米，降至2025年的27.0微克/立方米，累计降幅达69.8%。其中，“十四五”时期，北京市PM2.5年均浓度连续五年达到国家标准并屡创新低，在2021年首次达到国家标准后，2025年较2020年再降三成。 　　“可以说，经过多年努力，北京市PM2.5已经实现稳定达标。”他说。 　　2025全年共出现重污染日1天 　　刘保献介绍，2025年，北京市空气质量优良天数为311天，同比增加21天，空气质量优良天比率达85.2%，首次超过八成，为有监测以来最多；全年共出现重污染日1天，较上年减少1天，为有监测以来最少。 　　与PM2.5一样，2025年，北京市其他主要污染物也进一步改善。其中，可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、二氧化氮(NO2)和臭氧(O3)年均浓度分别为48、22、159微克/立方米，同比下降11.1%、8.3%、7.0%；二氧化硫(SO2)、一氧化碳(CO)浓度分别为4微克/立方米、0.9毫克/立方米，继续保持极低的浓度水平。六项污染物全部达到国家标准，空气质量实现全面达标。 　　与2013年相比，2025年北京市主要污染物PM2.5、PM10、NO2、SO2年均浓度分别下降69.8%、55.6%、60.7%、84.9%，空气质量显著改善。重污染日由2013年的58天，大幅减少至2025年的1天，降幅高达98.3%，在大家共同努力下，区域协同治理下，北京的重污染日基本消除。 　　机动车结构达到全国最优 　　“北京‘常态蓝’的实现，得益于全社会共同努力，也得益于区域协同共治。”刘保献在发布会上表示。 　　他介绍，北京市始终将大气污染防治作为工作的重中之重，牢牢抓住“减排就是硬道理”，创新搭建“含绿量”指标体系，牵引结构减排、工程减排和管理减排，强化科技支撑与区域协同联动，以生态“含绿量”提升发展“含金量”。 　　其中包括，结构创绿驱动车械新能源化，工程创绿促进企业发展绿色化，管理创绿深化城市治理精细化，数智赋能精准科学依法治污，区域联防联控走深走实等。 　　2025年，北京新增汽车中新能源比例超60%，新能源车保有量超128万辆、达到“十三五”末期的3倍以上，新能源和国五及以上汽车占比超80%、机动车结构达到全国最优。2025年，北京全市道路扬尘负荷均值为0.35克/平方米，较2020年下降40.7%。 　　此外，北京市还深化数字化、智能化监管手段，构建“三监”联动大模型应用，打造“天上看、地上巡、数据联、电量核”新一代空气质量监测网络，生态环境监管有了“智慧大脑”，问题识别能力精确至小时级，识别精度达90%。(完) 【编辑:刘阳禾】|dfg|
